1. Work everywhere for the emancipation and moral progress of Jews
2. Provide effective aid for thos who suffer because of being Jews
3. Encourage publication of works contributing to these ends

How does Rabbi Uziel argue in favor of women's suffrage?

He argues that women can not be required to follow the disciplinary law from the national representatives, but not be able to elect them. He also states that women have just as much reason as men, and that if women are not allowed to elect officials because they are "irresponsible" then anyone who has ever shown to be irresponsible should also lose their right to vote.
