Pro Reform: Why is the reform movement an improvement from traditional Judaism? Geiger has been quoted saying "the spiritual heritage was guarded and preserved, but no one felt authorized to reconstruct it or develop it further." Why now? Why is there a need for change?
Anti Reform: if the jews decided not to assimilate to the rest of Germany society through the reform movement, how do you suppose they find their niche within German society?
